We watch 27 well known SaaS pricing pages, and each one is checked about once a day. Pages our customers track are checked every 8 hours; this free index runs on a lighter schedule. When a page changes we read the new version and write what moved in plain English. Every change we find is published here.

What we found looking at all of them at once is more interesting than any single page: whole categories have converged on the same number.
