Design tool pricing tracker

Framer vs Miro pricing

Both of these are in Design tool, and we read both pricing pages the same way, with the same reader. Everything below is what each page printed on the day we read it. Both pages read on 1 Sept 2026.

We check each page about once a day, so this is a daily reading, not a live feed. Prices are copied as printed, never converted and never averaged.

The two pages

Tier by tier

Rows are lined up by position on each page, not by tier name, because the names never match across two vendors. Row 1 is the top tier on each page, row 2 the one under it. Where one page has fewer tiers than the other, the row is left blank rather than paired with something it is not.

  2. Row 2

The entry tier

Miro is the cheaper of the two at the entry tier: $8/user/mo on Starter, against $10/month on Basic. That is $2 less, 20 percent below Framer.

Miro charges per person and Framer charges for the whole account, so the two figures are not like for like. This is the cheapest paid monthly tier we can read on each page. Free tiers, quoted tiers and per-unit rates are left out, because none of those is a figure you can put next to another company's figure.

  • Framer reorganizes pricing page hierarchy with heading structure changes but maintains all core messaging and plan offerings.

    Framer20 Aug 2026

Framer reorganizes pricing page hierarchy with heading structure changes but maintains all core messaging and plan offerings. Why it matters: • Visual hierarchy adjustment suggests potential UX refinement testing but no material change to competitive positioning • No price, plan, or feature changes detected so competitive dynamics remain identical Page Structure: - 'Try for free', 'Creative personal sites', and 'Mission critical sites' converted from body text emphasis to heading-level formatting (h6) What to do: • Monitor next 2-4 weeks for follow-up pricing or messaging changes that may be under A/B testing • No immediate action required; continue existing competitive strategy

  • Miro updated asset CDN/hosting (image URLs refreshed with new timestamp).

    Miro17 Aug 2026

Miro updated asset CDN/hosting (image URLs refreshed with new timestamp). Why it matters: • No pricing, plan structure, feature set, or positioning changes detected. • Image asset migration appears to be routine infrastructure/CDN refresh (timestamp change from 1786701264894 to 1786970444488). Assets: - All integration logos (Microsoft, Slack, Google, Adobe, Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, OpenAI Codex, Jira, Asana, Linear, ClickUp, Azure DevOps) re-hosted with new CDN URL timestamp. - All compliance/security badges (ISO, SOC2, SOC3, NIST, TISAX, GDPR) re-hosted with new CDN URL timestamp. What to do: • No competitive action required. Monitor for substantive changes to pricing page in next update cycle. • If planning pricing strategy revision, continue based on current Miro positioning-no material shift detected.

  • Miro refreshed pricing page assets and CDN cache (no material pricing or feature changes detected).

    Miro15 Aug 2026

Miro refreshed pricing page assets and CDN cache (no material pricing or feature changes detected). Why it matters: • All changes are CDN/asset URL updates with identical image filenames and alt text, indicating a routine cache refresh rather than strategic repositioning. • No pricing tiers, plan names, features, or integrations were added, removed, or modified based on the diff. • Competitors should continue monitoring for actual pricing or positioning changes rather than reacting to asset redeployments. Assets & CDN: - All integration partner logos (Microsoft, Slack, Google, Adobe, Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, OpenAI Codex, Jira, Asana, Linear, ClickUp, Azure DevOps) refreshed from CDN timestamp 1786453802020 to 1786701264894 - All compliance badges (ISO, SOC2, SOC3, NIST, TISAX, GDPR) refreshed to new CDN URL - No changes to logo filenames, alt text, or visual presentation What to do: • Continue normal competitive monitoring; no strategic response required at this time. • Set up automated alerts on actual pricing page content changes (plan names, prices, features, CTAs) rather than asset updates.

Both pages were read on 1 Sept 2026 by the same reader, so the figures above are two prices from one day rather than two prices from two moments. Prices are copied as printed, never converted and never averaged, and a vendor can change a page any time after we read it. Open both pricing pages before you act on any of this.
