CRM pricing tracker

Attio vs Close pricing

Both of these are in CRM, and we read both pricing pages the same way, with the same reader. Everything below is what each page printed on the day we read it. Both pages read on 1 Sept 2026.

We check each page about once a day, so this is a daily reading, not a live feed. Prices are copied as printed, never converted and never averaged.

The two pages

Tier by tier

Rows are lined up by position on each page, not by tier name, because the names never match across two vendors. Row 1 is the top tier on each page, row 2 the one under it. Where one page has fewer tiers than the other, the row is left blank rather than paired with something it is not.

The entry tier

Close is the cheaper of the two at the entry tier: $19/user/mo on Solo, against $44/user/mo on Plus. That is $25 less, 57 percent below Attio.

Both figures are charged per person, per month, so they are like for like. This is the cheapest paid monthly tier we can read on each page. Free tiers, quoted tiers and per-unit rates are left out, because none of those is a figure you can put next to another company's figure.

  • Attio adds file storage as a core differentiator, offering 50 GB across Free and Plus tiers.

    Attio14 Aug 2026

Attio adds file storage as a core differentiator, offering 50 GB across Free and Plus tiers. Why it matters: • File storage becomes a table-stakes feature in sales/CRM tools; Attio is now bundling this to reduce friction for users managing document-heavy workflows. • By including 50 GB on both Free and Plus tiers, Attio lowers the switching cost for prospects evaluating alternatives-they don't need to integrate or pay for external storage. • This positioning move signals Attio is competing on comprehensiveness of built-in capabilities rather than forcing users to their app ecosystem. Features: - File storage added as a core plan feature - Free tier now includes 50 GB file storage - Plus tier now includes 50 GB file storage What to do: • Audit your own storage offering: confirm whether your Free/Plus equivalents offer comparable storage, and if not, quantify the gap to sales/marketing teams. • Test the appeal of bundled storage vs. integrated third-party options in customer interviews-determine if prospects view this as convenience or lock-in. • Consider messaging around document management and collaboration workflows in your own positioning to preempt Attio's storage advantage.

Both pages were read on 1 Sept 2026 by the same reader, so the figures above are two prices from one day rather than two prices from two moments. Prices are copied as printed, never converted and never averaged, and a vendor can change a page any time after we read it. Open both pricing pages before you act on any of this. More CRM comparisons, or the dataset behind all of it.
